The Meditation and Mandala workshop examines the use of mandala images of several meditative traditions as a tool for deepening self exploration.

zen for christiansThis workshop explores the intersection of traditional contemplative Christian practices (such as Centering Prayer) and Zen practice and Zen meditation. This series of experiential classes serves as an easy, welcoming introduction to Zen practice for anyone who may be curious about Zen but was too afraid to ask! Material presented is sourced from other Zen/Christian teachers such as Thomas Merton, Thich Naht Hanh, Paul Knitter, Robert Kennedy, Rubin Habito, Kim Boykin, and others.
