meditation & alchemy

Meditation is the vehicle for becoming intimate with yourself and the world around you - it is a practice of being authentic and open.  This is what makes the practice of meditation difficult for many people.  However, the practice of meditation is available for anyone and everyone.  With gentle encouragement and patient coaching, anyone can learn to meditate.  Meditation is the way of becoming increasingly aware of and intimate with the marvelous, rich complexity of who you are at your deepest level.  

Alchemy is the process of transformation - it is the practice of attending mindfully to the inner-work of our Soul.  As we deepen our meditation and cultivate deep personal awareness, we will naturally align with our soul's desire to grow, change, and heal.  Transpersonal Coaching helps align Mind, Soul, and Body Working with a Transpersonal Coach can help bring intention and clarity to our inner-work.
